2. Warranty Policy
The stated warranty on FAST-STAT products is 3 years, however this has been extended to a lifetime warranty. As our products should never fail, we will provide free replacement on any defective FAST-STAT product regardless of model or age. We do not require an invoice number reference or other proof of purchase.
 
3. Returned Goods Procedure

Obtain a returned goods authorization number by calling 1-800-775-4750. Please include a completed Warranty Claim Form with the returned goods shipment. Please send returned goods by mail to PO Box 25033, Kelowna, BC, V1W 3Y7.
 
4. Price Adjustment Notice
Price lists are updated in November 1st each year. Canadian price lists are updated May 1st each year. Please contact us for current pricing if required.
